We are a Kingdom company who have been given talents to give people the best value in planning and execution. We offer solutions for value engineering of existing plans and possess an excellent working knowledge of soils and their inclinations. Plus, we love dirt and all things that go along with dirt.

 

Goals

Here at HTX, we attempt to make smart decisions. Decisions we can make once and will have reverberating effects to be felt for generations to come. Insightful decisions will set precedence and establish a culture. If we are not intentional with our culture, a subculture will generate and tear us down from the inside out. A kingdom divided will not last. Smart decisions are made out of SMART goals. The goals we elect are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based because a goal without a date is just wishful thinking. Below are some of our goals listed in no particular order.

To be scalable. Scalability is the ability of a system to grow to meet a company’s business needs. It is the ease with which the supply of a product, service or process can be expanded to meet changing levels of demand. In today’s high-technology marketplace, economists are increasingly talking about the importance of instant scalability.

To be repeatable. To implement processes and training to be able to be passed on to the next generation to continue to build upon what was originally used. A method of maintaining our values despite changes in personnel. A long-lasting way of doing things so as to maintain our Kingdom culture well into the future.

To be integrous in all our ways. Adhering to Kingdom morality, values, and ethics to align ourselves with our Creator. Unimpaired with a sound mind. Undivided and decided to do what is right regardless of circumstances.
